Amount of sand inside hourglass is miniscule.
The hour glass has barely any sand in it. I counted to 5 seconds when it ran out.

Horrible.
Batteries won’t fit in the battery compartment and there’s no instructions manual to even tell u what kind of batteries it’s supposed to take. And it’s way smaller than I was expecting.

Do not buy
The light did not work. It doesn’t tell you that you need quadruple A batteries. The product is just not put together well it’s not made of metal it’s plastic. The timer does not come out.

Broken glass. Can I have a replacement? It’s a gift when I picked up the box I heard broken glass. This is a gift please send another and mark Fragile all over the box. Very disappointed about the arrival

Cannot use led lights without music
Its nice but smaller than I expected even with seeing the dimensions before ordering. My main reason for not loving is cannot use led lights without very loud music. didnt return but not as I expected

Doesn’t work! Disappointing!
I got this for my son, one of the reasons that I purchased this one vs another is because of the music. Well, the area where you place the batteries was a bit small and cheap. Put in brand new batteries, spent 10 minutes making sure that I wasn’t missing anything. My only conclusion… The sound on mine does not work because this thing is made super cheaply, very disappointed!

Pretty
This is very pretty and unique. It has a nice vintage look. I love the globe, it is so beautiful and the light feature. The sand timer is great too. Though the craftsman is not the greatest, but not the worst. The sand timer is cute but if I remove it (which doesn’t happen easy) the base looks bad due to glue, so I recommend leaving it attached.I have a few small complaints. The battery box on the bottom was a little bit weird and not the best quality; it took a lot of work just to get the batteries in and the battery closer will not secure properly (I had to use tape). There is also a lot of scratches and denting in the metal area around the battery pack area, like Simone had to beat it in place lol. It doesn’t look great on the bottom but not a huge deal since it’s the bottom and most likely will not be seen by others. I’m not sure I would have spent the $ had a known the full quality but I decided to keep it anyways. It’s

Not the best quality…
The hourglass fell off the minute I took it out the box which I’m just going to super glue it back on it’s all plastic and the battery box is weird so if you’re thinking you’re going to get a really nice heavy snow globe and hourglass you’re not that being said it is pretty…

Hour glass holder fell off
It’s a very pretty piece but the glitter ball has to be shaken, does not do it automatically. That means you have to shake the whole piece. The piece with the hour glass just fell off, I will glue it on again but I will keep it myself not gift it.

Arrived broken, but beautiful item!
The item itself was beautiful. But, it arrived broken after waiting for a replacement that some how was lost somewhere during delivery. So, I’ve decided not to reorder it again. Maybe better packaging or care on the deliverers side.

AAAA batteries – not AAA see last picture
So this looks quite nice, however, it is very cheap and simply will not last. I had accidentally ordered quadruple a batteries at one point and these fit much better. However, if this is our knocked around one of the batteries might move. I’m just going to try and buy a more expensive one that’s nice to give my girlfriend..

Batteries don’t fit right; compartment poorly made, but it works
The item is whimsical and charming, the hour glass is a ten minute timer. The only really big complaint I have is the batteries don’t fit properly, they are all smashed and crooked, but the globe still lights up and plays much to my surprise.

The changing of the colors in the globe was not very effective. The turn on switch should of been located in a more convenient place instead of having to lift the item up to get to turn it on.

So loud. Heads up.
Would have given this 5 stars bc it’s super cool, but I can’t use the lights w out ridiculously loud music. Which would be a nice addition if you could control the volume, but nope. One setting, fire engine alarm loud. Very disappointed bc can’t use the lights w out the sound.

Very unsatisfied
I ordered this product twice and both times it came to me damaged, I don’t know if it’s the person packaging it or the delivery person, but it can’t be used if it’s broken. Also there’s no fragile stickers anywhere on any of the globes I recently received from this past order.
