Love these!
I got these because I recently became aware of issues with cats straining their necks to eat. I was skeptical about which one’s to order because you also want to make sure it’s round enough to prevent whisker fatigue. These are not only a great size but they are dishwasher safe so it makes my life easier to clean these!

Give these a try
I purchased these to use in secondary food locations for my cat that was not eating. I really like them. You get 2 for the price of what you would pay for 1 elsewhere. They are balanced in shape that keeps them from tipping. My cat is eating wet and dry food from them with no problems. I appreciate this company providing a quality product at a value price

The boys love it!
The shape is perfect, the height is good, and my long whiskered cats love it. Much better than the skinny round bowls. All my pets use elevated feeders.

Kittys love them.
Needed a two pack for my cats and these looked the best for the price point. No issues other than one cat being able to tip the bowls over kind of easily. Easy to clean.

I like it
My cat started to eat less and made a huge mess around his bowl. I read a comment from someone somewhere that mentioned irritation of cat whiskers from bowls. Since I switched to these, he seems to eat better. He still makes a mess but leaves less food behind.

Great product!
These bowls are great. Perfect size for even a cat with a big fat head to eat his wet food without whisker fatigue. Both dry food and wet food work great because they are not too shallow and they have held up great in the dishwasher.

NOT Pink
If you’re looking for a Pink cat food bowl, this one is Beige/Tan/Greige not pink at all. The blue is very nice, more aqua than true blue and I like that one very much. They are small and that is also what I wanted. I didn’t read the description very well, I thought they were ceramic but they are plastic. I know that ceramic and stainless steel are better but I like the size and shape for our 8 pound cat so I’ll keep them. The beige one is going into our motorhome.

Great pet bowls
These have been a game changer for our cat who had surgery. The raised bowl allowed her to eat and drink comfortably while wearing her cone. I would highly recommend these, they are well made and a great price.

I need to buy more!
These are great. I like the height so they don’t have to bend down too far. Rim isn’t high and dish is wide so it doesn’t really hit their whiskers. They move a lil more on the floor if they are trying to to get something out of it that is a lil matted down.

Awesome
Got these to elevate the food and water while kitty recovered from neuter. The cone of shame fits around these wonderfully. Even our 6 year old kitty likes them. I wish they weren’t plastic since that can cause kitty acne, but love them for what was needed. I definitely recommend. If they made these in metal I would change over for food bowls completely.

Can be non-slip with a little DIY
I’ve had these bowls before and they’re really great. Main issue is they really slide around without non slip properties. Making it stressful for fur babies to eat out of. Had to get some more though. Easy to clean. Solid 4 color options. Just wasn’t a fan of the silicone mat option to make them nonslip. What I did was got little silicone dots and super glued them to the bottoms. More realistic than a mat. Now I can move the bowls farther from eachother and they’ll still be nonslip vs being limited to a mat.

Cats seem to prefer these bowls to their other options.
I like how these bowls are raised so that the cat is eating without bending over so much. They are easy to clean (I don’t put in dishwasher, just wash by hand, but they are dishwasher safe). My 3 cats seem to prefer eating out of these bowls. I sometimes put a bit of dry food on their previous bowls and some in these new bowls and they always go to these bowls first.

Perfect for Cats
I’ve tried various feeding bowls but this one seems to be perfect for me.I was told that deep feeding bowl cause harm to the cats whiskers. I was also told that fitting bowls that simply set flush the floor and not liked by cats; cats preferring elevated platforms to eat from. This feeding bowl seems to address both of those issues. It not only raises above the floor, to a comfortable height from which the cat can eat from but the shallow smaller tray is a perfect size forcats preferring elevated platforms to eat from. This feeding bowl seems to address both of those issues. It not only raises above the floor, to a comfortable height from which the cat can eat from but the shallow smaller tray is a perfect size for their portion of food.TOP TIP: The smaller tray is the one that goes up and where the food goes in, not the large tray. The large tree is designed to create the tall stand for this feeding bowl.

Small containers
I only have one cat, and I don’t want to overfeed him. Though the container portion is small, it meets my needs for my cat. I did do like another customer stated in a review. I turned it over to use the bottom as the food containment. It was slightly bigger, but either way, it’s fine. He likes it fine, and the change didn’t hinder his eating habits.

Kitty City is NOT “just another cat food bowl”
When I saw these Kitty City raised food bowls, I did something I NEVER do – I ordered TWO sets of something without trying it first. They just have a look about them that says: well-designed, well-made – and healthier for your cat. When I received them, I was actually shocked! They EXCEEDED my expectations! They hold a can of Friskies perfectly, and there is almost no mess. But here’s the part that astounded me: it says they’re dishwasher-safe, but I’m the dishwasher in my house, so after my cat’s first meal I did the routine thing – I put the bowl in the sink to soak before washing, and when I came back 20 minutes later I picked up the bowl and poured out the water – and virtually EVERY bit of food rinsed out! The one or two little specks that were left LIFTED RIGHT OFF the surface when I touched them with my fingertip. I gave it a final rinse with hot water – no soap; no scrubbing – and there I was, holding a clean bowl.I’m not kidding you; it IS that easy. (Yeah, every once in a while I throw in a little detergent to knock off any stray microbes that might have wandered in, but I really don’t think it’s necessary.)Just put some hot water in the bowl, give it 15 minutes, then a final rinse under running water and maybe a light swipe with a paper towel. That’s it. Really. Truly. Clean. Now what I want is a bowl for ME that I don’t have to wash…..(maybe I could just borrow hers for a light snack – a little chicken salad maybe? Or some deviled ham on toast points?) Do you think that – ᴍᴀʏʙᴇ – she might let me share her bowl?? 😗 👀All kidding aside, I would give these Kitty City bowls SIX stars if I could. Maybe the material they’re made of ISN’T revolutionary; maybe the technology has been out there for years and I just haven’t noticed. (I don’t get around much.) But that’s beside the point. These bowls are beautiful, to the eye and to the touch. And they make eating a healthier experience for your cat. So look at them again – and if you love 💕 your cat, buy a set. Buy two. That’s what I did – and I only have one cat. But I noticed today that they have a set in pastels now, and they’re gorgeous….. so I’m gonna buy a set. Do I really need six bowls for my one cat?….Maybe not….but maybe I can use a couple of them to display art objects. Maybe I can display a couple of them AS art objects….I would add a picture if I could, but my lap seems to be inhabited at the moment, and that imposes certain limits….maybe I can add one later. I didn’t know I would be revisiting this site today, but I’m glad I finally got back here. I bought my Kitty City bowls in January, about ten months ago, and I knew in the first week that I had to come back here and write a review for one of the BEST PRODUCTS I’ve ever seen. Of any kind. I’m sorry I took so long to write this. But I’m glad I’m here now, so that I can wholeheartedly, without reservations, recommend to you a product that I believe to be perfect in what it strives to do. I cannot think of any aspect that needs improvement. You might think that spending an hour to write a review about the bowl that I use to feed my cat is a somewhat trivial way to spend my time. I would not agree. In these days of cost-cutting mass-produced ecology-destroying poorly-made disposable trash, we all have a duty to stand up and shout when we find a product – ANY product – that does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and is also aesthetically pleasing.I’m hoping that Amazon won’t yank this review. They had to pull a couple of mine in the last four years when I wandered off the beaten path, offering my opinions in areas that didn’t strictly conform to product review, and I can understand that. I do tend to wax enthusiastic when I find a product that is so far above what is usually considered “good enough “. Even if Amazon decides that I goofed AGAIN and pulls this review, I will not regret writing it – maybe the editor who yanks it has a cat or two…..Library Cat12/6/19

Perfect for a raised feeder
This set of two works great for a single cat, wash one use the other. Of all the choices for a raised feeding dish I’m really happy I chose these two. The right height, weight, easy to clean, dishwater safe and I like the color choices.

Much better than expected
Very pleased with style, weight, and durability. Perfect height for my elderly cat to eat and drink more comfortably. Not cheap quality, which I was afraid of because of the great price. Lightweight, but thick, durable plastic that feels and looks like porcelain. They don’t get pushed around when he’s eating, so very practical and well thought out design. Highly recommended!

Water bowl collects fur too easily. Food bowl has great portion control.
Ergonomic design is a bonus. The water bowl seems to attract fur more than a metal bowl. The food bowl is perfect for portion control. My cat used to spit out food from a metal bowl. This bowl he does not spit out food.

Good buy
Really easy to clean the tinned food doesn’t stick to the bowl , for the first time the cats meat isn’t scattered over the floor and he finishes it all , I can only think its because of the angle of the bowl and the height off the floor , great product .Recommended

Works as advertised.
Initially when we took in our cats as rescues we had just a ceral bowl and they were young. They could both eat from one bowl. As they grew they were taking turns eating and I didn’t like that so I bought these so they both had their own bowl to eat from. I don’t know about eating slower but they seem to eat less. They don’t clean the bowls out like they used to the old bowl.

My Harley Jane Loves These Bowls
We switched her to raised bowls but it was definitely important to make sure they were whiskers fatigue. These are amazing! My kitty questioned the new bowls for a whole 15 seconds before diving in a never looking back!I used to see her take a few bites and then look straight up like she was trying to get all the food down she had just ate, she never does that anymore. She also finishes all of her wet food where she used to leave quite a bit a lot of nights.Definitely recommend!

My cats seem to like the bowls
Both my cats seem to be doing a better job eating all their food. They used to eat a little, wander away only to go back to the food a while later. Now they eat all their food. Also, I have seen them “return” food ice they got their new bowls. Not sure if the two are related.

Great purchase!
This is exactly what I expected – the raised level, the “speed bumps” for slower eating. An unexpected feature that is SO nice – the dishes rinse clean! You don’t have to actually wash them every time. Just a quick rinse gives you a clean dish.

Your Cat Wants to be Sophisticated, Too!
This product is cute and a very good deal for the money. The mat is much bigger than the bowls, to catch the messes left behind. The only problem I have is due to my tight living quarters, I have to put her bowl by the dishwasher and the bottoms have gotten a little deformed over time from the hot steam. It may be time to buy a new set!

Nice Food Bowls
These are cute little food bowls and work well for my cat. They don’t hold much, but he only gets half a cup of food at the most, at a time, so it works for us. I don’t know how great they’d be for water, because they’re small; but he has a separate water fountain. I use one of these for his dry food and another for wet food.

Just ok
These are smaller than I remember them. The color is nice, they are well made and seem durable. We have 1 cat that has what they call whisker fatigue, yes never knew that was a thing until we got her and took her to the vet. She refuses to eat out of any containers that her little whiskers touch, she becomes agitated and irritated and doesn’t eat as much. She is tiny for her age and doesn’t seem to be getting enough nutrition. I was hoping this was going to help her but it did not.The other 2 cats like the bowls, height and shape. I got it for the kitten with the whisker fatigue though. She has a flatter face too and gets food up her nose. Instead I got slightly round dessert plates and set them on a mini pedestal that I made at a slight angle. And now thekitten is gobbliing up her food because she’s not hitting her face or smashing her face inside a bowl. These bowls did not prevent whisker fatigue as advertised nor had enough room for a flat face kitty to eat from.

Great for older cats
Nice height for my 17 year old kitties. Pate Can food sticks a little to the inside contours so I find taking a spoon and scraping the food to the center of the bowl is necessary for my kitties. Easy to clean. Highly recommended.

Great for bunnies
Great for bunnies! The bowls are actually usable double sided, I use the bottom for greens and the top for pellets. I don’t keep food bowls inside 24/7 so removing them after food is gone is perfect also sturdy enough that doesn’t tip.
